HDA 2025-2026 Application

The scholarship program lasts one academic year from August until May.

DEADLINE: Sunday June 29, 2025

ELIGIBILITY:
The Student must be 16 (or at least a Sophomore) to 21 years of age (at time of presentation), single, not previously married, not have borne a child, and be of good moral character. The students must be attending a high school or college and must maintain a 2.5 GPA while in school.

2025/2026 Student Application

DEADLINE: Sunday June 29, 2025

Each year we accept up to 12 Hispanic students between the ages of 16 and 21 who meet our requirements. To date, the association has presented over 250 students and has awarded over $350,000 in scholarships.

Recommendation Form

We want to know what others think about you and a great way to do this is through a recommender. This can be a teacher, counselor, employer, or someone else you feel has a good understanding of who you are and what you have to offer.

You can make things easier for them by highlighting points you'd want them to include that perhaps we wouldn't be able to see based on the information you have shared with us in this application.
Your application will be considered INCOMPLETE if you do not have a recommendation.
